You must set the idle screw at the 3000rpm and then adjust the fuel screw for the leanest possible mix without engine halt. When this adjustment is made RPM will be at constant. And then after that you must adjust the screw to tune within the lean range. You must now decrease the idle RPM about 1100. Even check the throttle for quick response.

If you are done with all the setting then you must drive the bike to check the spark plug condition if White Deposits then you are running in Lean Mixture and if Black deposits then Rich mixture
and if Sandy side of chocolate browns then it is Ideal mixture.

Well just check the spark plug if it is white then you must adjust the screw by turning it anticlockwise once. You must test these for few days before switching to any other adjustment.

The tuning will adjust the air and fuel mixture setting for your bike. You can check that by seeing the spark plug color. The spark plug head's color should be brown. If it is black, it means lean mixture is supplied to the bike and tuning needs to be done.
