Make sure behind the glove box for the filter. It is typically located there. If not get a mechanic removes the blower and then you will get the accurate location of the filter.

It was not simple to root out the area but when some endeavors I devised a workable plan to evacuate the glove box by evacuating 5 screws. The sieve is in fact stayed over the external assembly of glove box. Felt small foul so I tapped around and evacuated the dust. No critical update in cooling/air rush was perceived following cleaning the sieve. So had chat TASC and they recommended carrying the auto to their work shop. In reality I had charged the gas and traded O ring, 15days back. One/two days upgrade was viewed and again less cooling. Henceforth I suspected that sieve chocked up. Now remain skeptical about is clear. There should be something with gas leakage or thermostat.

Check the blower too; there could be debris within the blades. But if the blower is running to its optimum speed then I don’t see a problem in the blower. As you have assumed the refrigerant system might be at fault somewhat than the blower or filter.

The blower appears to be OK; there is sufficient wind current at 2, 3, and an impact at 4. Even though the cooling impact is downtrodden. In sweltering PM I feel no cooling yet in nights/morning it appears that Ac working well. On the whole guilty party is chilling framework OR thermostat OR leakage. This time I will moan to higher level as the same is finished 15days before and fix design guaranteed me that leakage is killed and he checked the Ac gas (on force for 2days) and there was no force drop. Then why ought to it repeat within 15 days.

Easy but as a professional to do it for the first time

    Hello,

The AC Filter is located under the glove box. A screw needs to be undone to remove the blowers' side wall to remove the AC Filter. Clean it with Air and swipe it with wet clothe.

Bosch makes the best AC Filter for all Cars and this Service can be availed at very nominal cost at any Bosch Car Service in you City.

The AC filter needs cleaning when you feel that the Air Flow has reduced from the blower. That means the AC Filter is clogged and needs cleaning for free flow of Air. It is also advisable to get the filter every year just before the Begining of Summer. A Dirty AC filter will not only slow down the Air flow but also cause the Car Cabin to smell. A clogged AC Filter should also be cleaned before monsoon as moisture and dirty houses pollen grains causing allergy and smell.

    AC by Weight

If the Blower air Flow is Okay, the low cooling can be due to following reasons:

Dirty Clogged AC Condensor : Solution: Ask your Car washer to clean AC Condensor (Inside Front Grill /in front of the Radiator) with High Pressure Car Washer. Dust and muck clog the Fins of the condensor thereby reducing cooling of refrigerants.

Low AC Gas : Visit any Bosch Car Service in your City and Ask them to recover the gas from the AC system. If the recovered Gas is 450+ gms then it is okay otherwise the Gas in the system is insuffcient. Get the Leakage checked thru Vacuum Testing and if found okay, refill the recovered Gas and the short fall (if any) to fill 450 gm of AC Gas R134a and 10 ml of Ref Oil.

    I hope this helps.

Yes that would be why I discounted problem with the blower, as the blower was running fine. This is every last trace of the blower can do regarding cooling. In the event that the issue has been springing up over and over, the time is now; you raise a post to the local specialized power in addition stating that you wouldn’t like to backpedal to the same put. Preferred update your TASC.

Resolved the problem in local garage. They took services of Professional Car AC shop. Problem was again the leakage from O ring. O ring replaced and gas charged cost 1200. They gave guaranty for six months and free work if problem happens within that period. Now chilling is OK. However full performance can be judged in coming summer. BTW I had not gone to TASC as they failed to rectify for 3 times. Let's see how competent the local Ac shop.
