Good tyres and Alloy Wheel for Alto K10

I got my new Maruti Alto K 10 a week ago. I thought of making my car amazing so I started adding one by one all things which I required. I added JVC 2 din HU + Sony speakers. My car has done 100 Kms in a week. I love to drive as much as possible now I am planning to upgrade my tyres. I would like to have wider tyres and alloy wheels too. Can someone suggest me a good company for tyres and what size I can upgrade too without any problem?

As much as I know I donít think there is any difference between Maruti Alto F8 and Maruti Alto K10. As Maruti Alto K 10 already has 155/65 R13 tyres, and thatís the maximum size you can upgrade in Maruti Alto. If you are looking for MRF or JK tyres go and change it as the dealer would pay you 80% of the amount as you car is new. I would recommend you to go with 155/65/R13 Michelin XM1 tyres. They are very good with great comfortable drive and gives good performance also. And about the Alloy wheels go for 13Ē. There are many types of Alloy wheels available in market it all depends on your budget.

Ok so I would be going for 13Ē alloy wheels. Can someone help me to know that is it possible to take a wider tyre to keep the car stable on high speeds? Or it will create any kind of problem by touching on the bumper or the body part. I did search on Google I found some tyres of 165/60/ R13 size. These are the companies so do let me know which are good. Apollo Acelere, Michelin XM1+, Continental EcoContact, Potenza GIII, Bridgestone G3.

Many people I have seen they did try with 165/60 R13 with 5.5width 13inch alloy wheels but then when they have 4 people seating in the car it touches the rear body. So I would suggest you to go with 13 inch multi spoke Alloy wheels and Michelin xm1+ 155/65/R13 tyres. And if you go for more than 155 width you need to modify you suspension or else it would touch the body.

You will get the same MRF feeling in all the tyres if you go with 155/65 R13. Only you will feel good while driving if you use Michelin and it is a value to money Tyre Company. If you have not lifted your cars suspensions and if you donít have rubber spacers donít go for 155/70 R13 or 165/65 R13 or 165/60 R13.

Even I was thinking of upgrading my car tyres to 165/60 R13. So just wanted to ask did you change your tyres if yes can you please share your experience with me so that I can come to know which tyre I should go with.
