    Asim,

Buying your dream car, and installing a CNG Kit in it will definately void the warranty, I would suggest to look after other CNG options, I would suggest you to keep your New Honda City in petrol and use it for smaller runs.

Even you can install SGI kit (sequential gas injection kits) and performance will be good as compared to CNG. I am suggesting SGI Kits it is highly advanced and will resemble a modern MPFi system, which will go hand in hand in the technology that is available previously with the engine also check with the authorised dealer for the availiability of kits.

Frankly speaking if you use CNG there would be a pump issue as there should be a CNG pump near your place. Then there would be a mileage decrease but as the price of CNG is less then that of petrol it would come to almost same cost for you.

Dear Coolant ... I am in delhi and i dont think CNG Pump is an issue in delhi...and moreover after CNG Installation also we can drive Honda city with petrol whenever u dont get CNG...people using CNG in honda city are getting about 20 KM Mileage in a Kilo CNG which is about 35-40% of petrol price...thus i think Mileage would not be same coolant...can you please suggest any other sedan car in CNG apart from, Accent, SX4 & Aveo... As i am driving Hyundai Accent in CNG want to change and i travel almost 100 to 150 Km daily thus CNG Car would only be suitable for me as Petrol car would be a very costly affair for me.....

If you dont need Accent, SX4 & Aveo these cars then why dont you go for Honda City CNG as you have mentioned that there are people how are getting more than 20 Mileage then it is good for you also.
