Bajaj Platina and Discover 100 cc DTS-Si are the most fuel efficient bikes in segments of 90 to 100 cc in India. Not only are they giving their best mileage in class on paper, but actually on the road. One of my relative has a 100 cc Discover DTS-Si and is receiving in Kolkata city on 75kmpl and one of my friends is getting 70kmpl in Platina. In fact, everything depends on the driver's driving behavior and traffic conditions and the one riding the bike. If you are aware while driving, do not just get better mileage, but the life of the bike will also increase. So try to keep the basic rules of driving and take care of your bike and yourself.

The answer is HH CD Dawn and Deluxe CD. Both bikes have a similar engine. Only the style is different. Bicycles are the economy, very cheap and very reliable. They are very comfortable to handle. There are only 3 or 4 models in India, which has a flat seat. Apart from these two bikes, Yamaha crux has only one seat, and is a great feature when you travel at 50-60 km or more in one go. Only a flat seat allows you to move forward or back and adjust your position while riding. Although I'm a fan of Yamaha, I will recommend these two bikes on the crucial point or any other bike, if fuel economy is only considered.
